Providers participating on our Child Care Food Program have the choice of using a scantron form to track their menus and attendance, or using the minute menu website that allows you to track and submit your menus and attendance online. Both styles will submit their claims monthly (by mailing or dropping off the scantron forms, or electronically submitting the online forms).

If you are a child care provider that participates on our Child Care Food Program, you have an assigned Food Program Specialist.

To obtain up-to-date information about the disbursal date of the food program checks, please call our hotline at extension 714 for a recorded message. It is updated as the check information changes. Remember, the food program check does not get mailed on any specific date, it gets mailed within 5 days of receipt of the funds from the state.
